HTML5 not rendering with IE9

I just completed a new web design project using WordPress and HTML5. I did my normal browser testing with IE7, IE8, IE9, FireFox, Chrome, and Safari.

Everything looked good and I uploaded all the files to the server.

The following day my client told me there was an issue on their end with IE9, but all other browsers look fine. …continue readingread more

Design

Web and Graphic design is my passion as far as I remember. I was driven by my desire to emulate top notch design and design practices. After learning the ins and outs of Adobe PhotoShop and Dreamweaver, I began focussing on creating more intuitive designs.

HTML

I have been creating websites for the last 12 years and have had the opportunity to see HTML develop from version 3.0 to its most current version of 5.0. All of my code is done to perfection, by hand and with love.

CSS

Coding CSS in combination with HTML can be an art in itself. With the various browsers, platforms and devices, matching creative files can prove to be a difficult challenge. However, with the right tools in place, cross browser compatibility has become a specialty of mine.

Front-end Integration

Web designers / developers need to be flexible and be able to adapt to different technologies. Besides the standard HTML/CSS websites, I also have experience with Flash based projects, Wordpress and other blogs / Content Management Systems (CMS).
